Autorun is the feature given in all External Drives. As you insert them in USB Ports they start working on your computer. If the External Drive contains any kind of Virus or Spywares, they start infection the machine in which are inserted.
One of the precautionary way to save from this kind of problem and virus is too Keep the Autorun Feature OFF.

FTP Commands
Technical note: The FTP command, ftp.exe, is located in the windows “system32″ directory. (ex: c:\windows\system32\ftp.exe or c:\winnt\system32\ftp.exe). If you get a DOS error bad command, then put the full pathname for the executible.
Getting a connection to the FTP server from the DOS prompt:
Get to a DOS Prompt. (ie: Start, Run, command.com)
- c:> ftp [ftp server name or IP Address]
- Enter your username & Password.
